Gosh, modest people are so annoying

Don't you just hate it when people know that they're pretty and then they try to act all modest (or try not to make you feel ugly) and then say they don't think they are? Please, embrace your awesomeness; or in this case, your prettiness lol. 


I don't know why it's hard for you to admit that you are in fact, THE SHIT. This is why I love people like Kanye West and Eminem. They know they're the shit and they don't hesitate to admit it. In fact, they do that all too well...á la music awards. 


So, I was getting my mandatory daily dose of celeb news and I saw these quotes from these [modest] celebs. 


So, Jessica Alba said, "Every actress out there is more beautiful than me." 
My thought: Would you feel better if I said I was more beautiful than you? Puh-lease.


Scarlet Johansson: "I don't think of myself as sexy. I tend to see flaws in my appearance."
My thought: I got 3 words for you, PER-FECT BOOBS  (OK, that sounds a tad inappropriate)


Penelope Cruz - "I don't think I am beautiful. I can look good and I can look ugly."
My thought: OK, this is the only one person I agree with.


Megan Fox - "I don’t think I'm a sexy, beautiful woman. I look like Ted Nugent in a black wig." 
My thought:  Meg, there's a reason you were votes sexiest a gazillion times.


Nicole Scherzinger - "I don't really see myself as sexy; I'm the biggest nerd I know."
My thought: Now, Wait a Minute, (you know that PSD song right, lol I thought it was the right thing to use in this context) Nicole, you're a Pussycat Doll. Need we say more?


Salma Hayek - I actually don't have a good body .. .If you know how to dress, there's some tricks you can pull."
My thought: Well, Megan Fox doesn't seem to think so. You're her body icon.


Carrie Underwood - "I don't consider myself sexy. I'm kind of a nervous person in general. I'm socially awkward.... Oh, and I burp a lot."
My thought: I don't get it. What's your point exactly? How does that have to do with being nervous?


Well, that's it. I've had it with these people. Look, we both know you're hot and all and it won't kill us (or you) to just say, "Yes, I know I'm hot". Don't worry, we will try not to feel ugly. OK, now I'm sounding bitter, but anyhoo, stop trying to make us feel better by bringing down your hotness. 


One annoying person is Brad Pitt. It's OK that you need to rock a Bin Laden for a movie but will it kill you to shave it all off after? No matter how ugly you try to look Brad, you'll always be pretty.


But there are some exceptions though...ANTM. It's funny and annoying how there's this one girl, Ann, who is the skinniest, ugliest least beautiful girl in the competition but she keeps getting the best photos every week. They say photos don't lie but now, thanks to ANTM, even Medusa can look gorgeous. Now, isn't that just something? Basically, to be ANTM, I  don't necessarily need to be pretty (check!). But I can dream though. LOL

SO, there's this new boy band called "Mindless Behavior". They're like 13 but they're perfection. Now, if only I was still 12... But seriously though, check 'em out. They're cool singers. I posted their song below. Oh, did I mention that they can dance too?

LOOOL! That sounded way cooler in my head. I missed you guys and I'm SUPER SORRY that I, along with my bloggie, (partner sounded really wrong in my head) have not been faithful to you guys. In our defense, its not like we made a commitment though, but that's not an excuse for abandonment. So, Kore and I express deep and profound (wait, what's the word? apologies? Yeah! apologies) apologies.

Or should I branch into the world of TMI's and pathetic sob stories? Ehn, that'll be a desperate attempt.

OK, don't worry, we'll soon stage a comeback. And I'm sure you're thinking, "How soon is soon?" Well, my friends, Soon is soon. I know I'm not making sense but I promise, I won't hold out for too long. Just gimme sometime and I'll be fine.

But before I leave, please gimme a minute to rant a little. On mu campus, I find it very completely hilarious and pretty idiotic that girls wear ugg boots with mini-skirts. OK, I admit, I may not be the ideal fashionista but c'mon, ugg boots are for cold weather and mini skirts are warm/hot weather. So, why should there be a merger? But whatever, right? People have their own weird reasons for wearing weird stuff.
