Happy Easter evryone !!!

 Funny how I randomly get 'spiritual' on yhu guys ryt....well I can't say I apologise.This is another one of those posts soo if yhu dnt like bein preached at...or havn church shoved in yhur face...skip please :) ....Well as this is easter time I watched the Passion of the Christ for like the umpteenth time and it got me thinking{lots of things get me thinkin...i'm a mini Aristotle yay!}...p.s that's the best Jesus movie{movie abt Jesus}.It got me thinking of the agony Jesus went thru not just from wen he was hung on the cross but from the time he was old enuf to understand that he was born to die{i kno we all are technically born to die but you get what i mean...i hope}.He was born SOLEY for the purpose of dying.I can't imagine living with the thought that I am going to suffer pain{heck,thinkn abt getting six strokes of the cane is torture to my fabulous mind}....Gng to what actually happened.Actuali we all kno what happened ; Jesus was crucified{yes yhu got it right one easter egg for yhu!}...but here's like a brief scientific explanation of what REALLY went on {p.s the soliders spat on Him dts just grosss...nd yhu nid to see the way they spat on him in d movie...i was maaad!!!}....ok now to the brief description of what went on after he had been nailed to the cross {thanx to a website for bible scholars...}...' As He slowly sags down with more weight on the nails in the wrists excruciating pain shoots along the fingers and up the arms to explode in the brain -- the nails in the writs are putting pressure on the median nerves. As He pushes Himself upward to avoid this stretching torment, He places His full weight on the nail through His feet. Again there is the searing agony of the nail tearing through the nerves between the metatarsal bones of the feet. {For non scientists: Jesus tries to shift the weight of his body from His leg to His hand and vice versa and as he is doin this the nails are putting pressure on his nerves causing PAIN :( }
At this point, as the arms fatigue, great waves of cramps sweep over the muscles, knotting them in deep, relentless, throbbing pain. With these cramps comes the inability to push Himself upward. Hanging by his arms, the pectoral muscles{i think these are chest muscles} are paralyzed and the intercostal muscles{might be chest muscles agn??....science smh} are unable to act. Air can be drawn into the lungs, but cannot be exhaled. Jesus fights to raise Himself in order to get even one short breath. Finally, carbon dioxide builds up in the lungs and in the blood stream and the cramps partially subside. Spasmodically, he is able to push Himself upward to exhale and bring in the life-giving oxygen....yhu dont gt the full picture til yhu read the whole thing....nywaiz tht's not my point....my point is tht every tym we do sumthing{bad}...i feel we r nailing him on the cross agn...In conclusion i hope that every time we are tempted to committ sin{yes tht little lie yhu told is a sin teww} we remeba wat he went thru...nd REMEMBER nt to KILL HIM AGN
                                           HAPPY EASTER Y'ALL!!!
on a not so random note:the condition where someone sweats blood...like Jesus is called Hematidrosis. :)
